Kid's Yoga Classes is designed for 5-11 year olds that are interested in participating in themed yoga classes,learning yoga poses and breathing techniques.

Her one-of-a-kind approach to kids yoga is like no one else. Her themed classes get the children to interact and have fun while learning the ancient lessons of yoga.
Our program is about exploring and learning in a fun, safe and playful way. Yoga and kids is a perfect combination.It will teach your children about their bodies, how to move more freely and with greater ease and awareness. How to breathe better, deeply and fully, and how they can bring peacefulness or energy to our bodies with breath.Our kids yoga teaches kids how to use their energy more effectively, and to learn how to use the life force energy in our bodies to feel more relaxed, focused, or motivated, all while how to quiet the mind, and be still. This helps us to listen with attention and make good decisions.They will learn about balance, and to be more aware about the need for balance in our lives and teaches them about taking care of ourselves. Our Kids Yoga is a great way for your children to move their bodies and feel healthy while teaching them how to taking care of themselves is one way to show love.
